Ability to disable/enable APs in the infrastructure tab

A large customer in ANZ has requested the ability to enable/disable APs in the infrastructure tab. Currently the only way to disable an AP is by deleting it.

Add a custom description field to the dongles in Infrastructure tab

Assuming that stores have Acces Points with their own identifiers, it could be nice if one could name the AccessPoint ID (Logical name) in which the dongle is connected to.
