Currently within V Manager when we set up email alerts it will send alerts for the whole chain. In the previous version, Jeegy manager, we had the ability to turn off alerts for specific stores. This is absent in V Manager, it is set up in an "all or nothing" manner.
Can this please be added? This would be a great feature internally and externally

Hi Emmanuelle, Please see the attached Jeegy manager screenshot.
As you can see, if you change the store status to "Under Install" this disables all alerts for that specific store.
If this was mimicked with Vusion Manager this would resolve all previous comments in this thread.

with one of my customers we have the first few V:Cloud Stores and also a Lab running. So when they try things in the lab, the monitoring pushes emails that would not be necessary.
Would be great if we could exclude this store.

Another example is when a customer has a pilot store running, we usually activate the monitoring to look after that store specifically.
But in the meantime they sometime keep working on the lab, so we receive loads of unnecessary emails from the labs. (can be more than 100 in one day).

An example is in the PM (CDP) retail chain where some PMs have their AP offline and we are receiving emails for them.
A second example is when a customer have some existing stores and one of them get relocated (new building). It is not something that is happening in 24 hours but in weeks and we want to avoid alerts for that particular store in the meantime.

Can you please explain why the notifications of the whole retail chain instead of separate store is a problem ? Please give us some use case.
More over, we don't find this feature on Manager... Can you please tell us how you are doing this on manager ?
