To facilitate and accelerate the processes around user creation, having an automated email sent to the user when this one is created and when he gets granted with more or less rights will be mandatory.
This way, we will reduce the back/forth communication and the user will get notified right away.

What I meant here is that today, we never had the request from a customer.
Today, we need to prioritize ideas according to the business value of the idea as well. We have a lot of on-going new projects and we cannot allocate ressources for this for now, customers will not ask for VUSION Manager and VUSION Cloud because of this specific idea.
If we face an increasing demand on all regions for this idea, we can think again of implementing it.

So you guys will not implement just because it’s not a priority. I mean, the Aha are meant for ideas not for bug fixes or mandatory development which are managed through another platform. I will let your customers provided their request instead. I can’t wait to see the answers.

Today this email notification is not a priority development on the platform.
Forward the customer should be the one creating his own users so he will be the one communicating around it.
