Can i suggest the the current status is not enough for trouble shooting issues.
It is just a wifi symbol with I think 3 colours to show status, red,blue.green
I would suggest the raisl software be updated such the instead of showing just a coloured wifi icon, a dialog is displayed showing ....
In most coases colleagues within businesses are not very computer literate, so the info can be photographed and sent back to speed up connectivity.

When the dialog is requested, at that point the device should ping key IPs and respond
for 4, 6, 7,8,11 the colour of text can be red or green
red means failed to ping that and green means it can reach that.
It makes it easy to diagnose the issues.
We have and use over 100 rails and over 9000 eSELs per store, so feel this is beneficial to service the larger rollouts.
