    Good morning,

Thank you very much for this explanation. Sorry, unfortunately I do not see your images attached.

Today, it is possible to apply filters on your stores to view only stores with access points offline.

    Please follow the steps below

    **

    1. When you are on your store list, you can click on the icon "offline" on the access point block at the top of the page (see picture vmanager_1)

    2. It will automatically filter your stores by offline AP

You can also filter on your store status by clicking on the icons in the block.

I hope this answers your needs,

Do not hesitate if you need more explanation on this !

Thank you very much for your support,

    BR,

    Emmanuelle Benferhat

    Dear Mr Benferhat,

    Thank you for your reply.

    >>May I ask the reason why you need to view all the stores at once ? What is the purpose of this request please ?

Our customer wants to detect AP offline.

Our customers are exploring AP offline from over 100 stores.
(Please see the attached file. vcloud_image1.PNG)

However, it is not possible to immediately find the access point offline on the store list screen. (The number of unknown online stores is on the left)

We press the store count selection button below to see the 100 stores.

(Please see the attached file. vcloud_image2.PNG)

We press the excel button on the top right to get information on only 100 stores displayed.
(Please see the attached file. vcloud_image3.PNG)

Finally, by selecting stores with offline access points from the downloaded Excel file, we can find abnormal stores.

(Please see the attached file. vcloud_image4.PNG)

Our customers download the excel file twice because they don't see all the stores at once.

It is a customer's burden to carry out such a process.

In the future, the number of stores will increase steadily, and some customers will have more than 200 stores.

There is a need for an efficient method for detecting access point offline.

I'm sorry to be busy, but please let me know if there is any solution.

We are a big fan of yours.

    Dear customer,

    Thank you for your comment.

May I ask the reason why you need to view all the stores at once ? What is the purpose of this request please ?

If it is in order to export all the stores, this is already possible and I can help you on this part.

    Best Regards,

    Dear customer,

I have been discussing with the development team and we have decided not to implement this idea.

Today, we need to fix a limit in the number of visible stores. Unfortunately, we cannot increase this limit as soon as a customer has more stores.

The 10 next stores can be visible on the next page.

    Dear customer,

    Thank you for this idea.

I need to have a technical review with the team to check if this request does not impact the query response time.

I will come back to you as soon as I have more information on this topic,
