Ideas for Vusion Manager

VCloud: customers need to download/export all of the ESLs lists on the server.

Hi,

Our customers ask us how to download/export all of the ESLs lists on the server.

They find the function can select all to download/export the excel file but only for the current page.

Could the VCloud add this function?

      Yes this is also available through API.

      You can check our documentation on the API portal for VCloud producyt.

      Ok, thank you! Will this also be available through the API? The thing is I have to run a script to collect all lables per store, so it would be very helpful if it was possible to query for it through the API as well.

      On your label list, you have a "download" icon (excel file).

      Hi Emmanuelle,

      Very appreciate VCloud team support this function, a little question: we find the time zone from download data is not local time, but user interface was support to display local time zone.

      May VCloud team support excel format to use local time zone?

      This feature has been planned for September (as always, note that this can be changed).

      However, note that it will only be available at the store level and not the retail chain.

      Hi Emmanuelle,


      This is standard in Jeegy. Hyvee, Myer, HEV and Walmart have asked about this as well.


      And on the SES side, I have had to deal with red fading tag topics, and I have had to manually select thousands of tags in this fashion. If I select more than 2 pages worth of tags, V:Manager begins to slow down to a grinding halt.


      We need this feature mimicked exactly how it is set up within Jeegy.
