When customer's project is migrated from Jeegy Cloud to Vusion:Cloud, the original dissociated template design in the scenarios doesn't work in Vusion:Cloud. User can only use Delete label to reset the label back to default (QR-code) screen. How can user return to Dissociated layout?
The standard process for store staff has been trained to use Dissociated layout (there are ESL ID and more item information placed on screen per their design) for first installation and future matching to other item. This change makes more than 1000 staffs confused.
Can we activate this scenario like we can do with Jeegy Cloud?
Thanks.

Thanks for the commitment.
Hi Charming,

Hi Charming,
For now it is planned for September but note that it can always change until the production day if we have any problem.

Hi Emmanuelle,
Thanks for this decision and changes.
When will these two changes be released? I need to notice our customers.
Best regards,

Hi Charming,
Here is what has been decided for this feature.
There will be 2 different actions possible with a label:
Delete label from a store = the label will not be linked to a store anymore. Then you have the "delete" template displayed (with the QR Code)
Dissociated a label = break the link between a label and an item without deleting the label from the store. In this case, the "dissociated" template will be displayed on the label.
Hope this is clear.

Emmanuelle

Hi Charming,
Thank you for this idea. It has been accepted but it will not be for the next release as we still need to evaluate the impact.
We will keep you informed on this.
