currently we have lot of registered labels. in the dashboard there should be a filter to show only matched labels - labels that are actually assigned to an article

I put this idea as "To be studied" as today we will not be able to implement it on the GUI and we also need to review the feasibility and how we can integrate this feature into the platform.
