We have successfully set up Azure AD SSO with V:Cloud. One thing that's missing is the ability to directly sign in when using the Microsoft My Apps portal (https://myapplications.microsoft.com/). The display-manager-us.vusion.io(and users, stores, etc) are all missing the Sign On URL in the Azure portal. This is a change that has to happen on the SESi side, and cannot be fixed on the customer side. Here's exactly where to look and what to change:
Azure Portal >Azure Active Directory > App Registrations > [display/store/users].vusion.io> Branding > Homepage URL > set to https://manager-us.vusion.io, etc.
Once populated, users granted access to Manager via Azure will be able to login via their My Apps portal with one click.

This is great, thanks! The followup to the request would be to have the display name as VUSION Manager instead of just manager-us.vusion.io.
