When configuring an IoT Device with the server address for a new store within a chain, I found within VCloud Manager, that the address has differed from the first locations which went live in the chain. In a proof of concept and pilot phase, this is acceptable however moving into a large and fast paced rollout it is not. The customer has requested consistency for all of their stores.

Sorry but this seems to be more a support topic as they are the ones creating the retail chains and stores. I would suggest to check directly with them and see what they can do for this.
