Unfortunately, today we do not plan to have personal alias for the stores. I can only suggest you to ask your admin to change the store name or get admin rights (if possible for you).

Indeed it has, but only for administrator. As I don't have rights to this it would be better for me to have an option to add an alias to the store-name, visible to both me and the admin. This won't change the original name of the store but helps me identifying it more quickly.

Thank you for this idea.
You can already change your store name from the Store Management module (accessible only if you have an admin profile).
On VUSION Manager:
Click on the small square on the top left corner of the application
You will have all the modules available
Choose Store management
Click on your store and change the name
Please don't hesitate if you have any question or if it is not clear enough.
