Hello,
During on-site interventions, services often stop.
At this time, an email is automatically sent to Support because the IoT sees the server offline.
The goal is to deactivate (with a command by terminal or a shortcut in the HMI) so that unnecessary tickets are not opened to Support.
The ideal would be to be able to do the action on the SES server and not by Vmanager,
so that the technicians on site can do it independently.
It is not planned to develop a complex feature for very specific case; it should be enough to flag the customer as in maintenance in the support tool and ignore the alerts for that period of time
Why not ?
