Hello Team,
I would suggest to add an email address when creating the new Retail Chain. That email address will be set/used for the <default> monitoring of that retail chain.
Here's a list of <default> monitoring alerts that could be set:
Transmission Systems
AP offline <all days of the week>
Labels
<If exceed 3%>
Events
No back office <for the last 24h>
