Our customer has a problem integrating Cloud Point APs in their network infrastructure. They have added a firewall rule to allow direct access to the Azure Cloud for the Cloud Points. However, they are also using other Azure-based cloud services and therefore also Azure-DNS. The problem is that there are often changes within the Azure DNS that are only noticed/activated after the TTL for the current entry has expired. This leads to lost traffic. They have solved this problem for all other Azure-based traffic by adding a proxy server. Only the Cloud Points don't support this. Hence they ask SES-Imagotag to add the ability for the Cloud Points to access the Azure server via a customer-provided proxy.
