Due to the fact that the end users of the Studio system log in with the same password, the role of the Preview functionality is crucial to ensure an effectiveness of the update process of layouts.
The weakness of the Preview functionality is inability to replicate the changes of the layout precisely.
Precisely means that Preview replicates the changes of the layout as if the changes were seen in real ESL tag.
There are issues with in contrast, differences in size of ESL tag in Preview and real ESL tag in Preview functionality.
Key user need a proper Preview tool to check pixel precise changes to layout in Preview tool. However, currently and user needs to deploy changes and link product to tag to see the final result. The number of deploy iteration is endless and, thus, time consuming and ineffective.
What to change:
Change (update) the size of layout in Preview to correspond the actual size of the ESL tag (1.6/ 2.6/2.6F/ 4.2/12.2) (Contrast and field settings)
Change the characteristics in Studio of 1. the font colors and 2. the color of the background to be similar to the colors in real ESL tag; (Typeface of font)

Dear customer,
I would like to apologize for my late reply.
Today we are using the same image engine as we have in VCloud. That means the size are the same and the image rendering should be similar regarding the label size and the field positioning.
For the background, unfortunately, we do not plan to add new feature on Studio for the moment. Of course, I will keep you informed if we have a new project on this product.
