There is an embedded “feature” in VCloud that refreshes the ESLs if they didn’t receive an update for the last 72 hours.
The objective with this “feature” is to prevent the red-bleeding on the EPD (Electronic Paper Display) and keep the crisp of the whiter color.
If this could happen outside of regular business hours that would be great!

Thank you for posting this idea. We understand the needs and we have already implemented a new configuration into our Cloud to have the refresh at night. This new configuration should be effective by tomorrow after our the new release of the platform.
