Our customers receive access point offline alert messages every day.
However, due to the frequent offline-online frequency, important messages could be missed.
Concrete example:
■When offline recovery takes within "1 minute"
→We want to ignore it. (Now, we received all e-mails)
■Offline without recovery for more than "1 hour".
→ We want to discover it.
Our idea is to allow customers to adjust their sensitivity.
For customers who want to increase the frequency, set "Notify when offline for 1 minute"
For customers who want to reduce the frequency, se "Notify when offline for 1 hour"
It is very nice to be able to set this.
