We have developped an SSO connection with VLink app. That means you can create specific users that will use the app and give them/ remove specific store rights. In this case, there is no QR Code configuration and the QR Code will not appear anymore.
Dear Emmanuelle, the customer has many employees in their shops. Each shop has several special devices for management ESL. And when employees receive this device he has the opportunity to connect to the store's settings from a personal mobile phone by this QR code, which can be used by them for their own purposes or harm. We can generate a QR code for connection from the Cloud and there is no need to duplicate it in a mobile device or we want the possibility to disable it.
Also, we have a such situation with our customers, when such employees migrate to another store with ESL and start managing ESL with the wrong settings from the other store.
Can you give me more details on why you need to get such option? We need to understand the impact on your side on having the QR Code configuration visible.
