Would it be possible to change with an API call or some setting in Vusion Manager the flash configuration at the store and retail chain level?
Ideally the pattern, the color, and the duration.
That would allow Vusion Link users to have a different pattern and also have the color and the duration set up by default in all their stores without manipulating all the devices.

I only see post items/flashes or post labels/flashes, but nothing that allows you to set up a default configuration on the whole store.

Those functionalities are part of Optipick product. If you want to access these configuration, your customer needs to buy the product.
BEsides, we don't want customer to change the pattern as it impacts the battery level of labels.
