Right now a scheduled update of an Item is limited to 6 month in advance. My customer baywa would like to schedule it further in advance (e.g. 5yrs) in order to mark an article as not to be sold anymore because of the pull date for e.g. rat poison.

Thank you for posting the idea. However we have decided not to implement it as it is too risky. For traceability reason we don't want to have schedule updates longer than the technical log we keep. This is too risky for us because that means we will lost all traces of who and when this price update has been done.
