would be nice to able to activate a removing of leading zeros in gtin codes scanned with a camera. Sometimes the ERP system where we get our data from removes any leading zeros in the database. This leads to matching of unknown items when matching items with leading zero on for example on iOS.

Would love for this idea to be reconsidered since many ERP systems in the market will remove leading zeros in UPC data but physical product boxes/packaing when shipped to stores will contain the leading zero in the UPC.
Could SES consider a toggle feature in Vusion Link to remove the leading 0 when scanning with cameras?

Thank you for posting this idea.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept this idea because it is too risky on our side to remove one number from a code. What we suggest is to implement this change into your data file using the field Reference and then map this new field in Studio.
