Fix JSON Schema operationID

JSON Schema operationID is used to generate types for projects that use the API. For example, here is what is generated from your JSON Schema today:

export class LabelsService {
...public static ea826230Ec7D4116Ce01F87

If I were to import this into our code base, I would have to refer to this function by `ea826230Ec7D4116Ce01F87` instead of a human readable name like `getLabelsByID`.

Please update your JSON Schema to make it more usable!
