Batch registering Labels seems to only take the Label ID and not the associated Item ID even if it's included in the csv (didn't see a mention of how this could be done successfully in the documentation). A way to register labels and have them pre-match or to import a list of labels and items to match would speed up the matching process greatly.
Given you can batch import items with an xml and batch register labels with a csv, a way to batch match them seems very obvious.
We're currently trying to migrate from jeggy to vusion with as little downtime as possible during migration and having to manually match all the already deployed labels will take days.
