My customer faced a problem. ESL is actually linked to the product, but there is a problem where the screen is displayed "unlinked" on VCloud.
We are investigating in APAC, but no progress is being made.
If an automatic deletion feature is added, this problem will need to be resolved.
Maybe it's happening in your environment too.
In our environment, we have 1.6 million ESLs, there are about 3,000 ESLs with such status.
