When matching a label to an article by taking a picture with the camera, for example on a mobile phone.
We are not able to change the information in the article and labelid field, only the last digit.
If I were to change a number in the middle or in the start i need to remove all numbers. This is relevant where a customer wants to remove leading zeros in a GTIN before linking the article.
Illustrated in the attachment, I can only change the last number one by one and not any other number by moving the pointer.

Thank you for your idea and sorry for the late answer.
I am not sure I understand your use case. Today you have 2 different mode:
1/ You scan an item barcode => matching is sent automatically and this is why you cannot modify the input
2/ You enter manually an info and in that case you should be able to modify the input.
Can you please send me your repro steps so I can check that this is not a bug ?
