We would like to have a convenient solution to deregister Labels with the Package ID´s. The same way as we can register Package ID´s. Currently it is really annoying when we shift Package ID´s from one store to the other.
Following Steps needs to be executed
register Package ID in the new Store
gathering all Label ID´s in a CSV-File from Vusion
waiting some hour to receive the Label ID´s
Create one or more JSON File with max. 1000 Labels for deregister
deregister all Label (max 1000 in a call)
With this improvement we can save a lot of time!

We have 100's that are at our stores that we are unable to deregister. This has been with your support team for 3 months with no resolution.
Previously with eSel V1 we had a RED HHT (S2096) device that allowed us to reset the eSel back to factory setting.
This is what we need to have in the new world by the GUI or as an option within the application on our HHT's

Thank you for this idea but we will not implement it.
There is too much risk that the box is open and to delete labels that are already in store.
I don't see the use case of deleting and / or unregister box ID. If you think that you will not need a box in a store then you should not register it.
