We have differents teams for each type issue, so we need to send each type of issue to a different email address. Right now all alerts are send to every email address.
Hi, just to complete the information of this request, customer is asking about the monitoring in Vusion Manager as they have different teams in order to review different type of problems so it's desired for the communications team to receive alerts for APs issues and ERP's team to receive alerts about the data integrations, for example.
We think this will add value to the monitoring part and improve it.
