The idea is useful for making sure an image on all tags connected to AP are up-to-date before stores open.
And right now, it can be workaround for the issue that the automatic retry mechanism is not working properly in nojima_jp retail chain.
I think it will not cause server load issue, because smart refresh can generate images only for tags which need to update.

Thank you for your idea.
Unfortunately we do not plan to add the smartrefresh task as recurring as it triggers thousands of transmissions every day. It can of course cause server load as smartrefresh will generate images on all tags and send only to the ones that have a different image displayed. I know that you can choose the ESL type but allowing this kind of task as a recurring for all our install base is a risk in terms of performances.
