sometimes when you scan a label to match in v-link app, in the" item id" field is scanned a "label ID" instead of the item's barcode. Is it possible to force the app to accept only barcodes in "item id" field?
Unfortunately, we cannot restrict the scanner of VLink as some customers have different type of codes, that are not only EAN. By developing this feature, we would impact our whole customer base.
