V:Cloud currently has limitations regarding the number of references which can be allocated to a single item. At the moment, the value 'MAX_REFERENCE_PER_ITEM' is set to 50 by default, and an exception has been made for kiwi_no retail chain (cf. attached image).
However, the exception value always disappear after every maintenance work. As a result, we have to ask every month for this limit to be raised manually - which is not always done as soon as the maintenance ends - thus impacting customer's data integration up to several days.
Our customer NorgesGruppen (which owns the KIWI brand) aims to migrate all 400+ stores to V:Cloud by the end of 2025. Faced with those successive limit changes, they decided to interrupt the ongoing migrations and are awaiting a permanent fix so that they can resume migrating.
