We have been receiving the same question from multiple clients regarding provisioning, with the latest request coming from Elkjop. When they check the logs of their Vgate/Cloudpoint access points and see that they are linked to provisioning, they still reach out to confirm whether the AP is actually connected.
Currently, access to provisioning is restricted for security reasons, which is understandable. However, clients are looking for more autonomy in this area.
Would it be possible to provide them with read-only access to certain provisioning details via Vmanager? This would allow them to verify key information without needing to contact us each time.
Here are some examples of useful information:
Whether the AP is connected to provisioning or not
The last time the AP contacted provisioning
The store the AP is linked to (helpful when resolving issues where an AP is already registered in another store)
