Allow support notes to be added per store in VManager, so that support teams are aware of anything relevant (ie if the store is closed for a refit then this note can be added to understand that we do not need to worry about offline APs etc)
We understand the request but this needs to be done during the support ticket creation to avoid any confusion or issue. This is possible on the MyVusion Portal.
