We are a big client and we're currently having trouble diagnosing problems through transmitters. We currently have 3 small airport stores (Qantas, Virgin, Jetstar) with 3 different transmitters for each store. Within Vusion Manager all 3 stores are under one store called Sydney Domestic. So, when there's an ESL issue, it's hard to figure out which store it's coming from as it just says Sydney Domestic.
We have a simple solution to this problem: If we can just surface the transmitter name in the Items and Labels Tab, that would be very helpful. We already have this data and it's present in the downloadable excel file (it only shows the transmitter number, not the name). If we can surface this in the UI (column section or filter section), that would be great.
