For a support case, when we need to test a setting that is not already shared on our studio account, we have to ask it to the PM or to the customer and wait that they share it with us.
Would it be possible to add a button on the "technical configuration" page of a store on vmanager to download directly the .smf file, but only for support profiles, so that we can test it in our own labs?
It will avoid loss of time and useless communication with the PM or the customer.
