We heard from a dev that when an item is unmatched, the item modification like the price update doesn't appear on vmanager, which can cause issue for the customer, they can't see when exactly the item has been modified for example. They also think it's a bug, mostly when they see an item modification to change the prixe and the day after they see another item modification but with a completely different price in the old value.
It's also difficult to analyse correctly why the event is not displayed because we don't see any unmatch event on the timeline too.
Would it be possible to show every item modification on the item timeline, even if the item is not matched with a label?

Thanks for the clarification, I understand now.
We do not have timelines for unmatched items indeed. This is because the ratio between items and labels is regularly too high and this would impact our performances and costs.

I'll take for example the article 0046666666667 on my lab sesimagotag_eu_support_vlab.alexandre
I changed the article's name with a label matched, the change was displayed on the article's timeline
Then after that i unmatched the article and changed again the article's name but no log on the item's timeline. The last log is the unmatching.

This can lead to error in our or lower's level's reports, for example if we have an issue updating an item, we won't be able to see when was the last time this article has been updated. Or to escalation when a new customer is testing our solution.
