it would be helpful if the search for a Rail (or Label) would both bring results for both searches for lower case IDs as well as short partial IDs.
As of today there is no result if the Rail ID is entered with lower cases in total. For the user this would be very practical as one would not need to enter IDs in captial letters and switch between captial case and numbers.
As of today entering only the last two, three, four digits of a Rail ID do not give any result. For the user on the shopfloor it is way easier to memorize only the last three or four digits instead of at least 5 or the whole ID.
Both changes would allow for a more human, fault tolerant searches increasing efficiency on the shop floor.
