Since the bars in the graphs can be really different scales (other one is over 100 000 and the another one is less than 100) it is really difficult (imposisble) to get the hoverover for the small bars. It would be better if graph would show the legends below/next or then make the hoverover area the entire field reserved for the bar, not just the tiny area which is "colored".
