More information from alert monitoring Transmitters mail

Hi V:Cloud team,

The customer inquired in an environment with a Retail IoT Connector dongle, the alert monitoring mail would be possible include the "Name" or "IP address" field information, such as "259100AP41SES", as shown in the attached image.

The customer wants to know immediately which third-party AP is experiencing a problem when a connection drops.

    Hi,

    Currently, the alert emails for AP offline only display the IoT Dongle ID, making it difficult for customers to directly match it with the 3rd party Wi-Fi AP's ID. Therefore, customers still need to spend time confirming the Wi-Fi AP after receiving the alert email from Vmanager. If the email could display the "Name" information from the "Infrastructure" of Vmanger, customers could pre-fill the Wi-Fi AP's information in the "Name" field, making management much easier.
