This issue also posted in LLLS-14802 and they consider this is a new feature.
When we installed a BLE AP in a store (ex: showroom_jp.ble)
The “Rails” page will shown.
And we can install some devices in “Rails” page.
But if we delete all BLE APs
“Rails” page will be hidden, although rail equipment still exists
This prevents customers from viewing devices.
I think this is incorrect; the "Rails" page should be displayed whenever a device is listed.
It also includes important information such as Rail ID, location, and which virtual labels were matched.
Temporary workaround:
We can manually add "/rails" to the URL to access and view devices in the "Rails" page.
such as https://manager-eu.vusion.io/chains/showroom_jp/stores/showroom_jp.ble/rails
