I know this issue had been reported many times. But it is indeed frustrating when we work with thousands of ESL and don't know which ESL match with which shops? Especially with multiple shops with high volume of traffics. Can't we just scan the ESL and showing in Vusion Manager to which shop that ID connected to? Otherwise simply automatic unmatched when the ESL no longer connected to the Hotspot.

Could you give us a bit more details or confim your situation ?
It feels that you have many labels from different stores at the same place. Is that the case ?
Regarding your demand to unmatch a label not connected anymore to a hotspot: we have a internal system deleting labels that have been offline for more than 6 months. However, this cannot be done immediately as they go offline as many customers are just storing the label for a bit and reonboarding the label after the deletion takes some time.
