In addition to Creation Date and Modification Date, Last Logon Date allows us to know whether an account is still used recently for user account management.

Even though I understand the demand, could you please explain a bit more why you do need this ?
In the case it is for an offboarding process, I think this should not replace a real offboarding process.
We'll also need to check if this is possible security wise
