Adding the AP model in the Infrastructure

Put a recurrent task on hold

On a recurrent task, sometimes we need to hold it without delete it. It would be convenient to have a button to hold the task with the same parameters until we reschedule it. Now the only option I see is to delete the task and it's not efficient
