We wanted to be able to parameterize the hooks at the retail chain level. Currently they only exist at store level, and this requires repeating the parameterization depending on the number of stores we have.

Users that are using VLink would only be allowed certain features in VLink, such as being able to associate tags and not disassociate tags. So managers can get full access and employees get specific access. This would help take preventative measures.
